#ACURE USDA ORGANIC SERIOUSLY FIRMING FACIAL SERUM 2 PACK SKIN#
My skin has never been softer or clearer. I also destroyed my moisture barrier with Retin-A, which I did not tolerate well at all.Ĭurrent routine: garnier pink cap micellar water as a cleanser, rosehip oil and cosrx BHA. It was related to stress, gut issues and an unhelpful skin routine with way too many products that either didn't help much or actively worsened my skin. I tended to break out around my chin and sometimes on my cheeks. I'm finally happy with how my skin looks after years of struggles. I also had PIH and redness from irritation - I used tons of harsh products like peels that my skin couldn't handle. I used to have 10 large whiteheads on my chin and a few more on my cheeks. Note: the before pic doesn't show my skin at its worst. The Fakespot ratings for this product seem to have fluctuated between 10% and 50% reliable which is not great, however, the product is labelled as USDA Organic 100% Argan Oil and it behaves like I would expect Argan Oil to based on buying in the past from physical stores.Įdit: I'm actually also curious where Fakespot actually gets their revenue from. In terms of Argan Oil, I've used this one.

I find the negative reviews give me a better indication of whether an otherwise well-rated product is actually going to work for me. I think a better way to find good products on Amazon is to only buy from reputable sellers and to also look at the 1 - 3 star reviews. Additionally, Amazon has seemed to recognize this problem due to sellers complaining and started purging certain reviews which has lead to Fakespot also considering the number of purged reviews when determining a product's review reliability. For example, a legitimate 5-star review that simple said "I loved it!", would be considered unreliable. Short reviews or reviews that follow a certain format are considered 'unreliable', however, that could capture a lot of legitimate reviews in that bucket as well. Fakespot seems pretty unreliable itself (note that it doesn't really indicate whether reviews are fake but whether how reliable it thinks they are).
